Systemic inflammation in the body can be easily measured by a blood test that checks for C-reactive protein, or CRP. CRP tests are often used to determine the potentiality of heart disease or stroke. And now psychological stress and depression as well!
Recently published in the JAMA of Psychiatry, after studying 73,131 people, Danish researchers have discovered that “Elevated levels of CRP are associated with increased risk for psychological distress and depression in the general population.”
The researchers also said, “Irrespective of other factors, we found that basically, healthy people with CRP levels above 3 milligrams per liter had a two- to threefold increased risk of depression,” said the lead author, Dr. Borge G. Nordestgaard, a professor of medicine at the University of Copenhagen. “Dampening inflammation may be one way of treating depression.”
The world needs to know there is a better, safer, more effective way to treat chronic inflammation resulting in depression than with modern pharmaceutical drugs. And nutrient therapy (micronutrients, essential fatty acids, water, etc) can be just one way to help the body reset into a healthier state with less chronic inflammation.

Answer: You are dead.
As morbid as it may sound, it’s true. When your immune system is weak you will get sick. When your immune system completely fails you will die.
