30 Day Happiness Challenge

There are tons of “CHALLENGES” out there. Mostly in the weight loss genre. Don’t get me wrong…. I think they are great. But, we are doing a different kind of challenge. It’s called the 30 Day Happiness Challenge.

Over the next 30 days, we will post SIMPLE, self explanatory ideas to help you have your happiest,  healthiest year yet!

Day #1 –  Write a letter of gratitude to yourself

 

Day #2 –  Give a compliment to an old soul

 

Day #3 –  Send a letter of thanks to a friend

 

Day #4 – Thank someone who is in service to your country

 

Day #5- Take a treat to a neighbor and say hello

 

Day #6 – Reconnect with an old friend

 

Day #7 – Grab a good book, read in bed and get some extra sleep tonight

 

Day #8 – Look in the mirror and say 5 things you love about yourself

 

Day #9 – Indulge in a guilty pleasure

 

Day #10 – Look through your old family photos

 

Day #11 – Take a break from the news

 

Day #12 – Dance like no one is watching

 

Day #13 – Call just to say I love you

 

Day #14 – Give yourself a gift

 

Day #15 – Be completely engaged and present with your loved ones

 

Day #16 – Find Something to laugh about

 

Day #17 – Take a moment to kick back

 

Day #18 – Take a meal to someone in need

 

Day #19 – Send an email to say: “Thinking of you.” 

 

Day #20 – Prepare a care package to send overseas

 

Day #21 – Sing out loud. Even if you’re off key!

 

Day #22 – Visit someone that could use a new friend

 

Day #23 – Give to a charitable cause

 

Day #24 – Let go of a grudge

 

Day #25 – Sign up to give blood

 

Day #26 – Appreciate the beauty of nature

 

Day #27 – Set a fitness goal

 

Day #28 – Pick up a new book at the library

 

Day #29 – Plan a gesture of love
